This is another one of Don's recipes that you can't go wrong with. Invited to a pot-luck Super Bowl party? Bring this (Lucky) Seven Layer Taco Dip and root for your favorite (Go Pats!) team.
1 32. oz can of refried beans
1 1/2 pts of sour cream
1 1/2 jars of picante sauce (8 oz.)
2 small cans of sliced black olives
1 bunch of scallions, chopped
4 tomatoes, diced
2 avocadoes, diced (optional)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Layer in order from first ingredient to last and serve with your favorite tortilla chips
