I made the best dinner the other night. It could not have been easier. The end result was much like a shrimp scampi except this was not oozing butter. I simply combined two of my favorite recipes... I followed Ina Garten's
Roasted Shrimp recipe for the shrimp (not the sauce) and
this pasta recipe. I had no white wine in the house. Had I had some I could have served the shrimp over the
Linguini with lemon, garlic and white wine. If you have never roasted shrimp in the oven before I suggest you really try!
