Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars
OhmyGOD are these good!
This recipe was adapted from the back of the Baker's semi-sweet Chocolate Chunks package
Ingredients:
1 - 3/4 Cups unbleached flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 - 1/2 sticks of butter, softened
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1+ tsp vanilla
1 cup of peanut butte -- we used unsalted, unsweetened organic peanut butter
3/4 package of Baker's chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add egg and vanilla and beat until well blended
Add peanut butter and mix well
Add flour and baking soda, mix well
Fold in chocolate chunks
Place into 15x9 inch pan and pat firmly so mixture covers the entire bottom of the pan
Bake for about 20 minutes (test for doneness)
Let cool and cut into 36 squares

I made these tonight and they turned out yummy, I didn't have any chocolate chunks. I only had chips, but it worked anyway! Thanks for the great recipe!
These look fantastic. I might have to make some tonight, in fact!
These were AMAZING! I tested them out last night and will have a quick blog post on them tomorrow.
