Ingredients:
6 - 8 trimmed chicken breasts, halved
For Marinade:
Combine, 3 - 4 large cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 Cup of olive oil
3 Tbs chopped, fresh rosemary
Juice of 2 lemons and
Zest of 1 lemon
Sea Salt
Pepper
In a marinating dish place chicken breasts side by side. Try not to overlap. Stab fork into chicken a couple of times (to let the flavors really seep in). Pour marinade over chicken and let sit a few hours, overnight or a day.
Grill chicken as you normally wood.
Serve immediately, room temperature or even chilled the next day.
